Electrom Instruments Customer Update: COVID-19
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Electrom is committed to our customers and their safety. We remain open with regular business hours and extended hours if needed. We will answer phone calls or respond to messages for customer service, support, and any training requirements come hell or high water!
We would like to encourage customers to take advantage of online training seminars and technical/application support by phone or video conferencing.
Most sales and administrative work is done from home and will function as normal should you need to get in touch by phone, email, and video conferencing.
Production remains fully staffed and we will maintain a normal production schedule with standard lead times. To reduce the risk of exposure to the production team, we added work shifts to reduce the number of occupants in the building at any given time.
All products shipping from our facility are made safe for receiving parties using sanitizing procedures. The production team is practicing social distancing and wearing all recommended personal protection equipment (PPE) during work shifts. Send your testers in for calibration or repair work if needed.
Many of our exhibitions have been postponed or cancelled. We are sorry to miss seeing everyone who supports us at these shows. During this time, we encourage customers to take advantage of customized online training we offer on motor testing and use of our testers.
